United Arab Emirates – Right Health, the UAE’s largest value-based healthcare chain, celebrated International Nurses Day with a series of heartfelt events across multiple venues and days, bringing together more than 200 nurses from across its healthcare network.

The celebrations were designed to recognise and appreciate the dedication, compassion, and tireless service of nurses who form the backbone of patient care at Right Health clinics across the country. The events featured a vibrant mix of cultural and recreational activities, including musical performances, dance showcases, and interactive games, reflecting the spirit, energy, and diversity of the nursing workforce.

As part of the celebrations, the management team presented certificates of appreciation and special gifts to all nurses, acknowledging their continued commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sanjay Paithankar, Board Member – Right Health, said that nurses play a critical role in strengthening the healthcare system and ensuring patient wellbeing every single day. He emphasised that their dedication is central to Right Health’s mission of making quality healthcare accessible and affordable across the UAE.

Mr. Mandar Kulkarni, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Right Health, highlighted that the organisation’s growth and success are deeply linked to the unwavering contribution of its nursing teams, who consistently go beyond their responsibilities to support patients and families.

Mr. Durai Manickam, Vice President – Operations, noted that nurses are at the heart of clinical operations, ensuring smooth coordination and high standards of care across all facilities. He appreciated their resilience and professionalism in handling daily healthcare challenges.

Mr. Sunny Kumar, Deputy Director – Operations, shared his gratitude for the dedication shown by nurses in maintaining service excellence across all Right Health centres, especially in high-demand clinical environments.

Ms. Surya Thyagarajan, Head of Nursing, expressed pride in the nursing community, stating that the celebration reflects the organisation’s strong culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous motivation. She acknowledged the nurses’ compassion and commitment as key drivers of patient trust and satisfaction.
